Orders that are in stock typically leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days.

It can take anywhere from 12-16 weeks.

We do accept “Customer Owned Material or Leather” orders with a minimum quantity requirement. sohoConcept provides custom design and manufacturing services for the design trade. Minimum quantities may apply. All samples are offered to retail stores who carry our line of products. The most convenient way to obtain a catalogue and sample swatches is through your local dealers or regional sales representatives. For interior designers and contract accounts, we'll gladly send our catalogue and swatches when requested.

Due to the improvement of our product quality, there may be slightly changes in the tone of the colours or the materials. If you would like to order the same product after a while, please contact us before you place an order.

When it comes to product shots, we strive to take photos that are as representative of the actual color as possible. However, there are a number of variables involved when it comes to true color representation, including lighting, camera used, camera settings, the color being photographed, etc. Furthermore, the color you see on your computer screen can vary depending on your monitor settings or the monitor itself. We strongly suggest that you order sample(s) to see the fabric/material colors first hand BEFORE ordering.

No. Most fabrics in the sohoConcept Collection are stain resistant and therefore do not require a protective coating (i.e. Scotchguarding). In some instances, applying such a coating can affect the appearance and/or "nap" of the fabric. Applying such a coating will void the fabric warranty. Should you decide to have a protective coating applied, there are third party companies that offer this service who then offer their own warranty on the fabric.
